All major credit and debit cards are accepted via Pay Pal. You don't however need to have a Pay Pal account. Use the ‘Buy Now’ button below to be transferred securely to Pay Pal checkout..
Buying via Pay Pal does however incur an additional transaction charge cost of 11 GBP which will be added to the purchase price of 299 GBP. This will make your total purchase price 310 GBP plus delivery charges.
Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Trezul’ for 299 GBP plus delivery charges. Please send your order form [40Kb PDF] to 1 Bridge Hill, Hook Norton, Oxon OX15 5PN. If you prefer to pay via Online or Telephone banking, please contact us for account details.
No orders will dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.

We deliver worldwide
Orders to UK and Northern Ireland addresses will be delivered within 5 working days from when your payment has cleared. Please allow 10 working days from payment clearance for Western Europe, USA and rest of world others.
Occasionally, however, we may experience problems with availability. In these circumstances you will be notified of any delays and asked whether you wish to proceed with the order. Order confirmation will be sent to you via email within 2 working days of the order being placed.
Packing and delivery costs
Trezul carriage costs are charged by weight not dimensions which does make it costly to deliver. Collection is also possible from our workshop by prior arrangement.

UK and Northern Ireland: 35 GBP*
We will send your Trezul via an insured tracked service. Delivery will be made between 9am and 5:30pm to your preferred address. An alternative location can be nominated such as a shed, garage, or with a neighbour and the courier will endeavour to deliver to that location if no one is available to take collection. We cannot be held liable for loss of any products delivered to a ‘safe place’ location.
Western Europe, USA and rest of the world:

For deliveries to non-EU countries the buyer will be liable for any tax that might be collected once the goods arrive in their country

Returns & Refunds
We’d like you to be completely happy with your purchase. If however you’re not, you can return any of our products to us for replacement or refund, subject to the following (this does not affect your statutory rights):-
Cancellation of Order (NOT Faulty or Incorrectly Ordered Returns)
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order without giving a reason for any item purchased on this website within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
To cancel your order, first email us to let us know that’s what you’d like to do. Then return Trezul to us in it’s original packing and unused together with the delivery slip so that we receive them within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession as goods returned damaged or used cannot be accepted. Return carriage is payable by you. The goods should be insured as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in its original condition. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items are being returned to us.
Any refunds will be returned to the buyer using the original payment method. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed. No carriage charges will be refunded. We will also consider the overall condition of any Trezul being returned before making a refund.
Cancellation of Order (Faulty or Incorrectly Ordered Returns)
If your Trezul arrives damaged or it is defective please email us immediately at email@example.com providing details of the damage or defect. Please then return it to us, ideally in it’s original packaging with the delivery slip. Alternatively enclose your name, address (including postcode), email address or daytime contact number.
We are not responsible for damage or defects caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. Upon receipt of the faulty Trezul we will send you a replacement unless a refund is requested when you notify us. We cannot be held liable for losses of any returned box and will only issue credit/replacement once the returned box is in our possession.

At Trezul we are committed to protecting your privacy and as such we only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
The information we will collect about you includes your name, address, email address and any contact numbers. We do not receive and therefore do not hold, any financial information that you may have provided to ‘Buy it Now’ via Pay Pal.
We do not and will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Additionally, you will never receive SPAM or any other form of unsolicited direct marketing from us.
We will hold the personal information which we collect about you securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
All copyright, design and other intellectual property rights in the Trezul product belong to Trezul. By purchasing a Trezul, you do not obtain any right to copy or reproduce the Trezul.
TREZUL warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the TREZUL™ will be free from defects resulting from material, design, missing parts or workmanship.
This warranty DOES NOT apply to defects from normal wear and tear, product misuse, after market product alterations, used with non-TREZUL™ approved and marked accessories, or failure to follow assembly, use and care instructions supplied with the product.
Warranty period: 1- year
If any defect is discovered during warranty period, please call +44 (0) 845-4712181, for return authorisation of parts or replacement.
TREZUL will, at its options, either repair, send new parts or replace the product at its expense. When authorization is issued for replacement or parts, send to:

The warranty details above shall be in lieu of any and all other warranties.

This warranty is valid with an original dated receipt.
